these arent even vaguely comparable events. Chris Brown is an inane batterer who ought to have gone to prison; while Kanye just got a bit excited.

It’s not the act that’s comparative, it’s the disparity in the amount and degree of ‘outrage’ by the organisations and mainstream media at large.
